I'll have to think of a line that fits the context and translate that (too drained for that now), I'll be posting that tomorrow.

Interesting question Emiel. A very sharp one actually. I don't think that it has been worked out. I couldn't find any traces of it. Personally I think they use the same method as one earth, used for choosing the pope.

Maybe could you think about something for it, if nobody else has something for it.
